Welcome to Storyteller Pronob (storytellerpronob.com). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding electronic agreement between Storyteller Pronob (“the Consultant”, “I”, “Us”) and you (“the Client”, “User”).
By accessing this website, submitting materials, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in compliance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website or submit confidential materials.
- Scope of Services & Distinct Practice Tracks
Storyteller Pronob provides independent strategic consultation and research support across three primary advisory tracks:
- Track A: Creative & Media Narrative Architecture: Archival research, character psychology frameworks, and historical contextualization for authors, screenwriters, and media creators.
- Track B: Research-as-a-Service (RaaS) & Structural Auditing: Literature indexing, research design organization, and structural critique for non-fiction authors, policy researchers, and advanced scholars.
- Track C: Corporate Advisory & Heritage Strategy: Strategic positioning, narrative alignment, and legacy optimization frameworks for enterprises and family-owned businesses.
2. Nature of Advisory & Limitation of Liability
A. Academic Integrity & Research Parameters (RaaS)
- No Ghostwriting or Academic Malpractice: RaaS is strictly an analytical, structural, and advisory service. I do not write dissertations, compile primary empirical data on behalf of students, or generate content intended to bypass academic integrity guidelines.
- No Guarantee of Institutional Approval: The Client retains ultimate responsibility for their work. We assume zero liability for university grading, journal rejections, or committee decisions.
B. Corporate & Creative Advisory Parameters
- No Legal or Financial Assurances: Strategic insights and narrative frameworks shared under Corporate Advisory constitute professional management opinions. They do not constitute formal legal counsel, tax advice, or guaranteed financial performance.
- Implementation Accountability: Execution of suggested narrative or operational frameworks remains at the sole discretion and risk of the Client’s management team or creative leadership.
3. Absolute Data Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)
We recognize that Clients share sensitive intellectual property, creative concepts, unpublished manuscripts, and proprietary corporate metrics.
- Data Protection: In alignment with the DPDP Act, 2023, all data provided through our secure intake channels is treated as strictly confidential.
- Restricted Access: Materials are reviewed exclusively by the Consultant. They are never shared, sold, or distributed to third parties, competing entities, or external institutions without explicit, prior written consent.
- Data Retention & Purging: Client materials are securely retained during active engagements and can be completely purged from digital storage systems upon written request.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- Client Property: The Client retains 100% ownership of all raw data, underlying manuscripts, original screenplays, corporate financial data, and core ideas submitted to Storyteller Pronob.
- Consultant Property: Proprietary research indexing methodologies, custom structural templates, strategic advisory frameworks, and original analytical teardowns provided by Storyteller Pronob remain the intellectual property of the Consultant and cannot be resold or redistributed commercially.
5. Indemnification & Governing Law
- Indemnity: The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Storyteller Pronob from any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from the Client’s breach of copyright, corporate governance rules, or third-party intellectual property rights.
- Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the use of this website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
